Surveyor (English Speaking, Contract)
Location: Nakuru, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and property to determine boundaries, locations, and other important information. Your work will play a crucial role in land development projects and ensuring accurate property ownership records.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Analyze survey data and create maps, plans, and reports
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather information for projects
- Verify accuracy of existing survey data
- Advise clients on land use regulations and restrictions
- Maintain accurate records of survey data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using CAD software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.
