Guest Services Concierge

The Guest Services Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at a luxury resort in Malindi. This position is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Pakistani and English-speaking candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role and be able to communicate effectively in English. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. The Concierge will assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, provide recommendations for local attractions and activities, arrange transportation, and handle any guest requests or concerns. The salary for this position is $1500 per month, and accommodation will be provided. Visa sponsorship may also be available for qualified candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while living in a beautiful coastal city.
