Hotel Sales Manager

Our luxury hotel in Alta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support as needed
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to attract new clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Knowledge of current market trends in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, along with free visa sponsorship and a round-trip ticket. This is a full-time position suitable for male candidates.
