Job Title: Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
We are a luxury hotel located in Alta, seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential clients to drive revenue for the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Identify potential clients and actively prospect for new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients and travel agencies
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability
- Conduct sales presentations and site visits to showcase the hotel's facilities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed
Salary: $1800 per month (based on experience)
Location: Alta, Norway (open to all nationalities)
