Executive Chef
We are currently hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Lusail. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month and temporary accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design creative menus that meet the restaurant's standards and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and delivery.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, maintain a positive work environment, and provide ongoing performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred but not mandatory.
