Job Title: Equipment Operator in Svalbard


We are a leading company in the mining industry and we are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our team in Svalbard. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to assist in the excavation and transportation of materials.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and haul trucks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Work closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Location:
Our company is located in Svalbard, a beautiful archipelago known for its unique wildlife and stunning landscapes. The position is based on-site at our mining operation.
