Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Ufa. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in the production process. You will ensure that the machines are running smoothly and efficiently, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and perform routine maintenance on the machines. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic repairs when necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure efficiency and prevent breakdowns
- Maintain accurate records of machine performance and maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of machinery and their functions
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when needed
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of safety protocols for working with machinery

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
The position is located in Ufa, Russia.

Nationality/Visa Requirements:
All nationalities are welcome to apply for this position. However, candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Russia.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. Some overtime may be required during busy production periods.

Accommodation:
We provide accommodation for our employees near our production facility.

English Requirement:
This position does not require English proficiency. However, basic communication skills in English would be beneficial.

Part-time Option:
This is a full-time position and we do not offer part-time options. We are looking for candidates who are available to work Monday-Friday on a regular basis.
