Entry-Level Machine Operator


We are hiring an Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our team in Herzliya. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain assigned machines according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and report any malfunctions or defects to the supervisor
- Assist with set up and changeover of machines when needed
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily production targets
- Complete production logs accurately and timely

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is a plus)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
