Technical Support Specialist
We are currently hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Mauren. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email or remote access to clientsβ computer systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identify the root cause, and provide timely resolution
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new accounts for clients and assist with password resets
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software applications
- Keep track of all customer interactions and resolutions in our helpdesk system
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for common technical issues
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications and operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. Zendesk)
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently under pressure
- Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
