Head Chef - Os



Our restaurant in Os is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that are innovative, visually appealing, and delicious
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained in all dishes served
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper techniques, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Monitor portion control to minimize food waste
- Adhere to sanitation regulations and maintain health department standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavor profiles, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to lead a team effectively with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control methods
- Degree or certification from a culinary school is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
