Surveyor - Property Valuation Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor - Property Valuation Specialist to join our team in El-Ain. As a Property Valuation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting detailed property valuations and assessments for our clients. This position is suitable for men with own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and accurate property inspections and surveys
- Research and analyze market data to determine property values
- Prepare detailed reports on property valuations and assessments
- Provide expert advice to clients on property valuation matters
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and lawyers on specific projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to property valuation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor specializing in property valuation
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
