Land Surveyor


A reputable construction company in El-Ain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month, with the potential for long-term employment. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data to support our construction projects. You must have excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as strong attention to detail. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys and collecting accurate data using surveying equipment
- Analyzing survey data and creating detailed maps and reports
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate project planning
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintaining surveying equipment and ensuring its proper use and care
- Providing regular progress reports to project managers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
