Dietitian - Nutrition Consultant

As a Dietitian - Nutrition Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional advice and guidance to clients in the city of Svalbard. Your main role will be to assess and evaluate the dietary needs of individuals, develop tailored nutrition plans, and provide ongoing support and education to help clients achieve their health goals. You will also be responsible for conducting group workshops and seminars on nutrition and healthy eating habits.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Certified Dietitian license
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of nutrition principles and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop personalized nutrition plans for individuals with diverse needs
- Experience conducting group workshops or seminars is a plus
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Passion for promoting healthy eating habits and improving overall well-being

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' dietary needs, taking into consideration medical history, lifestyle, cultural background, and personal preferences
- Develop customized nutrition plans based on individual goals and dietary requirements
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to plans as needed
- Provide ongoing support, education, and motivation to clients throughout their journey
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients
- Conduct group workshops and seminars on various topics related to nutrition
- Stay up-to-date with current research and trends in the field of nutrition
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations

This is a contract position with accommodation provided. The salary for this role is 1200$ per month.
