Contract Instrument Technician


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician for a contract position in Muharraq, Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating various types of instruments used in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic and pneumatic instruments
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Repair or replace faulty parts as needed
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Work closely with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex problems
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Familiarity with a variety of instruments including pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Basic understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1500 per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
