Executive Chef
We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our renowned restaurant in Sheduva, Pakistan. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes while maintaining high-quality standards. This is a contract position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a biometric passport. Fluency in English is not required but preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus according to customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Manage food costs by ordering ingredients and supplies in an efficient manner
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Biometric passport for international travel
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills (English fluency preferred)
- Creativity and passion for creating new dishes and menus
