Merchandiser for Contract Position in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain


A fast-growing retail company in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team on a contract basis. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the product inventory and ensuring that our store shelves are always fully stocked and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product inventory levels to ensure availability for customers
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Create attractive displays and merchandise layouts to enhance customer experience
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess product placement and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional displays
- Accurately track and report on inventory levels, sales data, and other metrics as needed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on trends
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking inventory and generating reports
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1200 per month.

This is an urgent job opening with an immediate start date. The contract duration will be for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
