Information Security Analyst

We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Bergen. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's sensitive information and ensuring the security of our systems and networks. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and monitor for any suspicious activity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks or vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
- Monitor network traffic for any unusual activity or potential threats
- Investigate security breaches and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in information security
- Train employees on best practices for data protection and maintaining a secure work environment
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure the security of external systems and data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information security analysis or a related role
- In-depth knowledge of network security protocols and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is a plus
- Proven experience in conducting security audits and risk assessments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
