Plasterer for Residential Renovation Projects in Vilnius

Our residential renovation company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in plastering and finishing work on homes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix plaster materials and apply them to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Skim and smooth plaster to achieve desired finish
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plaster
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
- Communicate with project managers to ensure deadlines are met
- Clean up job site after completion of work

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer in residential construction or renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality results
- Good time-management skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy materials

We welcome candidates of all nationalities who meet the requirements above. While English is not required for this role, proficiency in Lithuanian or Russian would be an asset. This is an urgent position so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
