Job Title: Nurse – Bayan, Kuwait

We are a leading healthcare facility in Bayan, Kuwait seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist in the evaluation of patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and document any changes in their condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques and medication regimens
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in Kuwait
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Nurse in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with compassion
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Arabic)
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment usage
