Part-Time Handyman

We are a reputable property management company seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Handyman to assist with various maintenance tasks in our properties located in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a handyman and will be able to work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or repairs needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and report any issues to management

Requirements:
- Must be available to work part-time hours on weekdays and weekends as needed
- Must have own transportation within Manama city limits
- Must have a valid work visa for Bahrain (sponsorship not provided)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
