We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue for the hotel.

Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision makers, negotiating contracts, and promoting the hotel's services and amenities. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and setting sales targets.

This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. While previous experience in hotel sales is preferred, we welcome candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow in this field.

As a contract job, this position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month plus commission on sales. In addition, accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hotel sales preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Team management experience is a plus
