We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. This is a full time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients, both domestic and international.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
