Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, suitable for candidates from Pakistan or Nepal who are fluent in English and have previous sales experience in the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to create packages and promotions that drive sales
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience working with international clients is an asset
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
