Indian Office Manager in Balzers
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Indian Office Manager to join our team in Balzers. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, preferably in an international setting. As an Indian Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Providing support to our team by assisting with project coordination, preparing reports and presentations, and handling travel arrangements.
- Maintaining office efficiency by implementing and improving processes and procedures.
- Communicating with clients and vendors as needed.
- Handling any other duties assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in an international environment is preferred.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Balzers. We also offer the option for accommodation if needed.
