Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data related to land and construction projects. This includes measuring and mapping areas, determining boundaries and property lines, and creating detailed reports for clients. You will use various tools such as GPS equipment, surveying instruments, and computer software to accurately collect and analyze data. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position in Lusail with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, contours, and other topographical features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and digital levels to collect data
- Prepare accurate maps, drawings, and reports based on survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using GPS equipment and surveying instruments
- Strong mathematical skills for performing calculations related to land measurement
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data collection and analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Preferred:
- Familiarity with CAD software for preparing maps and drawings
- Knowledge of land development processes and regulations in Lusail or Qatar
- Fluency in English (spoken & written)
