Back-End Developer

Our growing tech company is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Ufa. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. You should have experience with Java, Python, and other back-end programming languages, as well as knowledge of database management and server integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently on projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side features for our web applications
- Write clean, efficient code using back-end programming languages such as Java and Python
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by optimizing code and troubleshooting issues
- Create database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implement data storage solutions using databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Stay updated on emerging trends in back-end development and suggest improvements to current processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in back-end development
- Strong knowledge of Java, Python, and other back-end programming languages
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently on projects while also being a team player
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
