Loader Supervisor


As a Loader Supervisor in Ashdod, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of loaders to ensure efficient and timely loading of cargo onto trucks and ships. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the loading team
- Ensure proper loading procedures are followed to prevent damage to cargo
- Monitor loading schedules to ensure on-time departures
- Train new loaders on loading techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of loaded cargo for inventory purposes
- Communicate with truck drivers and ship crews to coordinate loading operations
- Report any issues or delays to management in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month, plus benefits.
