CAD Draftsman (Indian Nationals)
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Salary: $1500 per month


A reputable architectural firm in Nairobi is seeking a highly skilled CAD Draftsman to join our team. As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use CAD software to create accurate and detailed technical drawings based on project specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and other team members to ensure drawings meet design and safety standards
- Make necessary revisions and updates to drawings as needed
- Maintain a database of all drawings and related documents for easy reference
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather information for drawing creation or revisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a CAD Draftsman in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD software is a must
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
