Position: Solar Installer
Location: Remish, United States (open to all nationalities)

We are a fast-growing renewable energy company seeking an experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Remish. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment on roofs and ground-mounted structures
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of solar panels to maximize energy production
- Connect wiring between panels and inverters, following electrical codes and safety standards
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing solar systems, including cleaning panels and replacing faulty components
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within given deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in solar panel installation
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with battery storage systems
- Electrical certification or training
- OSHA certification for working at heights
