Junior Software Tester


A rapidly growing software development company in Vilnius is seeking a Junior Software Tester to join our team. This is a full-time position, perfect for students or individuals without experience looking to start their career in software testing.

As a Junior Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are released to clients. You will work closely with our team of developers to understand project requirements and create test plans and cases accordingly. Your attention to detail and ability to think critically will be crucial in identifying and reporting any bugs or issues.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers to understand project requirements
- Create test plans and cases based on project specifications
- Execute tests on various software products and document results
- Identify and report any bugs or issues found during testing
- Work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or currently enrolled)
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to think critically and creatively when troubleshooting issues
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium or JIRA is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
