Gardener Supervisor

As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of gardeners and ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of various gardens and landscapes in Balzers. This full-time position is suitable for men with Indian nationality who have experience in gardening and landscaping.

Your main responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the work of gardeners, planning and organizing necessary tasks, managing equipment and supplies, and maintaining the overall quality of the gardens. You will also be responsible for training new employees in gardening techniques and safety procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of plants and gardening techniques, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A minimum of 2 years experience as a gardener or in a similar role is required.
