Construction Project Manager
Location: Oslo, Norway
Salary: $1400 per month (accommodation and visa provided)


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Oslo, Norway. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project progress
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate with stakeholders about project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Manage project budget and expenses to stay within allocated funds
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and make decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
