Entry-Level Construction Manager



As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the construction process, while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Oversee on-site construction activities and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Work closely with project team members to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a construction-related role (internship or co-op experience may be considered)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in Oslo. The salary for this position is 1300$. Accommodation is not provided. This entry-level role offers an opportunity for growth within the company.
