Hotel Sales Manager (Oslo)
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel in Oslo. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing clients
- Build relationships with corporate clients and travel agents to increase sales
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in Oslo or Norway
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and market trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time contract position without accommodation provided. The candidate must be eligible to work in Oslo without sponsorship.
