Sales Manager - Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the English-speaking market. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate them into sales strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the English-speaking market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of the UAE market is preferred
- Valid UAE driver's license
