Sales Manager - Sharjah

A dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager is needed to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to achieve company goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the sales field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

We offer competitive salary package of 1400$ per month plus commission based on performance. This position is open for Nepali nationals as well as foreigners with valid UAE residence visa. English fluency is required for this role. This is a full-time job opportunity suitable for students looking for part-time work or individuals with own visa.
