As a Pastry Chef at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality desserts and pastries that will delight our guests' taste buds. Your passion for pastry-making and attention to detail will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a creative and innovative pastry menu, keeping in mind the preferences of our guests
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, breads, cakes, and other confectionery items according to established recipes and standards
- Decorate and present pastries in an attractive manner, ensuring they are visually appealing as well as delicious
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure availability of necessary items
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to ensure consistency in quality of products
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, flavor combinations, ingredient properties, and plating methods
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Creativity and attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise junior staff effectively

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Certification from a reputable culinary institute is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required
- Knowledge of Indian desserts is preferred
