Bilingual Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a bilingual Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Dickirch. As a bilingual specialist, you will provide technical support to our clients in both English and Urdu. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing guidance to users on how to use various applications.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working as a Computer Support Specialist and possess strong communication skills in both English and Urdu. You should also have a deep understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. The ideal candidate will have their own visa and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
