IT Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's information technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that the IT infrastructure supports the company's overall goals and objectives. This position is based in St. Petersburg, but candidates of Indian nationality are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of IT professionals to maintain and improve the company's technology systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure use of technology
- Manage the budget for IT projects and equipment
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements to current systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Train employees on new technology systems or upgrades as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Prior experience working with Indian clients or teams is preferred
