IT Manager for Contract Position in St. Petersburg, Russia

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly qualified IT Manager for a contract position in St. Petersburg, Russia. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker and have prior experience managing IT operations in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent position and requires candidates to have a biometric passport for travel purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all IT operations in the company, including network infrastructure, software systems, and hardware maintenance
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure effective and secure use of technology
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to recommend improvements to the company's systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to IT operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, software systems, and hardware components
- Experience managing teams and implementing policies/procedures for technology use
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary: $1700 per month (with accommodation provided)
