Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our company's computer systems and users. The ideal candidate will have experience in computer maintenance, software installation, and network configuration. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users
- Provide remote or on-site technical support to employees
- Maintain inventory of all computer equipment and software
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new systems or upgrades
- Train employees on basic computer usage and best practices
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and trends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in computer support or IT helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configurations
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew (Malayalees or Kenyans preferred)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus
- Must be willing to work occasional evenings or weekends for system updates/maintenance
