Our solar installation company is seeking a motivated and skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Atlanta. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar panels and related equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties
- Conduct site surveys to determine suitable locations for solar panel placement
- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and local regulations
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar systems
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during installations or maintenance
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on project timelines and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain proper documentation of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in solar installation is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in rooftop solar panel installation
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, roofing materials, and construction techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
