We are a leading industrial architecture firm based in Os, seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial architecture, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses according to client specifications
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure designs meet safety standards and building codes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within budgetary and time constraints
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present design proposals
