Sales Manager - Ar-Ruwais, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our company and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Develop pricing strategies that are competitive in the market while maintaining profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driver's license
