Architecture Manager



We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes managing a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and present proposals
- Oversee the development of detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway is preferred
- Fluent communication in English; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month without accommodation. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
