Bilingual Staff Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Staff Assistant to join our team in Medina. As a Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month, and includes accommodation for foreign candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
