As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to clients through various digital channels. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, providing product information and recommendations, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients and identifying potential improvement areas for our online services. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English is a must, along with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
