Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our IT team in Kaunas. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with a strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. The role will involve providing technical support and troubleshooting for various IT issues, as well as setting up and maintaining computer networks.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain computer networks
- Provide technical support for end users via phone, email, or in person
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Update documentation on system configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with fluency in English (verbal and written)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant education/certifications
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary: 1700$ per month
