IT Manager - Jerusalem

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining network and system security, ensuring data backups and disaster recovery plans are in place, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our company's systems
- Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as needed
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in information technology management
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and disaster recovery planning
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry advancements
