We are a fast-growing company in the heart of Triesen, Liechtenstein and we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of database management systems and be able to work independently to ensure the smooth operation of our company's databases.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database software and servers
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop backup and recovery strategies for our databases
- Create and maintain documentation on database configurations, procedures, and policies
- Work with development teams to design efficient database structures for new applications
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing access controls and performing regular audits
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as index rebuilding, statistical updates, and data purging

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of SQL language and experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Familiarity with database administration tools (SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle Enterprise Manager)
- Ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis or troubleshooting purposes
- Experience with backup/recovery methods for databases
- Understanding of data security principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Location:
Our office is located in the beautiful city of Triesen, Liechtenstein. This position is open to all nationalities.
